Baking has been my passion since childhood: I’ve always been everyone’s 3:00 am baker. I launched One More Bite, ran it successfully for three years, then took a pause to focus on family and sharpen my skills. I trained at the renowned SEP, School of European Pastry & Culinary Arts, Mumbai, and was honoured with the Best Student Award.
Now, I’m excited to bring you Tahi, where taste, quality and creativity in baking come together in every bite.
Inspired by my kids’ names, Tanisha and Hitansh, Tahi focuses on high-quality handmade treats that are decadent and pleasurable.
With refined techniques, honest ingredients and a passion for detail, we bring patisserie out of the rare and into the routine.
